According to the article, a survey conducted by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons found that 60% of member surgeons had performed fewer breast augmentation procedures so far in 2008. The decline reflects a downward trend in cosmetic medicine that started as the economy slowed earlier this year, and it’s likely to worsen, according to Richard A.
