Staten Island man posed as doc to give cosmetic injections, cops say

Authorities say they’ve busted a Staten Island man who posed as a doctor so he could offer cosmetic shots out of a Dongan Hills medical office.

Eduard Belfer, 42, of Pouch Terrace in Grasmere, surrendered himself to authorities today after he offered to provide an undercover investigator with a cosmetic injection last month, even though he had no medical license, court papers allege.
