Starr Allan still plans to have her face-lift done at the plastic surgery clinic accused of giving patients an unregulated Botox substitute.
The Gastonia nurse received Botox treatments every two to three months from Southeastern Plastic Surgery, but was not among the 41 patients notified that the injection they received to smooth their wrinkles had not been approved for human use by the Food and Drug Administration.
