Federal prosecutors say a salon owner injected customers with fake Botox and two others tried to bribe a federal inspector to ignore an unapproved laser skin treatment device. Two customers of the Natural Beauty Salon sought medical treatment after owner Xin “Faith” He injected their faces with counterfeit Restylane and Botox, according to one indictment.
