Heather Locklear, who turned 48 this month, was rumored to have had breast augmentation in the ’80s, and more recently has reportedly turned to facial fillers and Botox to maintain a youthful visage.

Dr. David Shafer, a Manhattan plastic surgeon, said some also speculate that Locklear may have even had cheek implants and a facelift.
