Another story that illustrates the perils of seeking cheap BOTOX or other cosmetic suregery treatments from non-professionals. This article in the seattlepi.com tells the story of a woman who was injected  with a substance sold as BOTOX  by a Bellevue salon owner. It resulted in brown spots that needed to be treated by a plastic surgeon. Beware of counterfeit products and never allow anyone but a doctor or a supervised nurse inject anything into your face!

Federal prosecutors in Seattle filed charges against He in August, asserting that, despite action by the state Department of Health, she continued to illegally inject customers with cosmetic medicines she’d obtained from China. A bench trial is currently underway in which Pechman will decide whether He possessed or sold counterfeit prescription drugs.
