Even though Jon Gosselin and girlfriend Hailey Glassman maybe broke up, Star says that Hailey had a breast augmentation on Sept. 16 to make her boobs more even by reducing one and lifting them both. “I feel like I need to compete with all the other perfect girls going after Jon,” Glassman allegedly told a source, who claims Hailey also hopes to edge out the competition by getting “whiter, bigger teeth so she can have a gorgeous Hollywood smile” and a hairstyle that is “long, straight and with a wave to look her sexiest for Jon.”
