A former Washington state beauty salon owner was sentenced to 13 months in prison for administering fake Restylane and Botox to customers, court records say. Xin He was found guilty of two counts of receipt and delivery of an adulterated device and one count of drug misbranding, the Bellevue Reporter said Saturday.
